The small size punch cannot be replaced and can be replaced if it is broken, but the force to drill holes in 110 copy paper is quite large enough to not compare to about 20 sheets, so the burden on the blade. This means that the blade is hollow to allow it to penetrate with as light as possible. To open the scroll through the blade and put it into the garbage compartment of the punch.
