Wait 30 minutes after installation before placing the phone on it for better adhesion and to prevent falling off.If the arm clamp occasionally cannot secure the phone, it's probably due to the phone being placed at an angle. Adjusting the phone's position should resolve this.If your phone's rear camera is against the charger surface and it doesn't charge or charges intermittently, it indicates that the wireless charger may not be compatible with your phone. Should you require more information, we are available.If the charging speed is slower than expected when using the wireless charger in a car, it could be due to high in-car temperatures and running map or music apps simultaneously. The charging power will prioritize the phone's motherboard, with only a small part going to the battery.
